Client names, logos and reviews

Client names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear to identify work we carried out. Their appearance does not imply those companies endorse or are affiliated with anything else we do.

Every review published here is real. Reviews sourced from Guru and PeoplePerHour are quoted as the client wrote them and link back to the public profile so you can verify them yourself. We do not write, buy, edit or incentivise reviews.

Quotes, proposals and estimates

Anything on this site — service descriptions, technologies, timelines — is information, not an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take on your project.

A quote we send you is an estimate based on the scope described at that time. It is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise, and it can change if the scope does. Work begins once we have both agreed terms in writing.

Engaging us for work

Projects are governed by the proposal, statement of work or contract we sign with you, which sets out deliverables, timeline, payment terms, revisions, intellectual property and confidentiality. Where anything in that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins.

Unless agreed otherwise, you own the deliverables once they are paid for in full, and we retain the right to describe the work and show it as a portfolio piece.

Third-party services and links

This site links to external platforms such as Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour, GitHub and social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.

Projects often rely on third-party platforms, hosting, APIs and licences. Their availability, pricing and terms are set by those providers, not by us, and their fees are separate from ours unless we state otherwise in writing.

No warranty for the website itself

We keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

Nothing here is professional advice for your particular situation. Technology choices depend on context — talk to us before acting on anything you read.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data arising from your use of this website.
